IT guards offer to our Business customers Normal Business Plan

 

The Plan Includes:

1. Computer Systems and Peripherals Setup - IT Guards will setup all your computer systems and Peripherals (printers, scanners, etc)

2. Security Patch and Service Pack Management - We will keep your systems up to date with service packs and system updates.

3. Network and Firewall Setup - IT Guards will provide the layout, give you recommendations about your network and set it up for you. We will also setup your Firewalls that protects you from internet threads.

4. Remote Desktop Support - We will setup remote desktop solutions on your systems and in a case of need you can receive instant remote support.

5. Anti-Spyware and Antivirus Protection - We will provide antivirus protection, install it and set it up on your systems (additional charges may occur depending on customer software preference)

6. Local Backup - We will set backup solution on your systems. We can backup data and do complete system backups allowing us to restore the whole system with minimum downtime (additional charges will occur for the external hard drive solutions)

7. Cloud Backup - Cloud Backup is not available in Normal Plan

8. Limited On-site Support - IT Guards offer 2 on-site support calls per month (additional charges will occur per extra visits)

9. Weekly On-site Maintenance - Weekly Maintenance is not available in Normal Plan

10. Offsite Backup - Disaster Recovery - Off-site Backup and Disaster Recovery is not available in Normal Plan

11. 24/7 monitoring, troubleshooting and management - 24/7 Support is limited to phone, email and remote support. Normal Plan include 2 monthly visits on-site. 

 

Additionally

Network Support: 50$ per month (that include support of all of your network equipment like firewall/switches/access points/routers/modems/etc.)

Server Support and Maintenance: 100$ per month (that include maintenance and management of your server - from user account creations, file sharing options, services etc)

Additional Visits: 30$ per visit after your free on-site support for the month is over.
